About twenty years ago when the veil of illusion lifted ever so slightly, I was able to see for the first time the beliefs, patterns, blockages and unresolved traumas that were running the show in my life. From this place of newfound awareness, my devotion to my healing and spiritual journey began.​

 

Along the way I have worked with and learned from incredible practitioners and teachers, traversing the path of healing my physical body, unpacking my psychological landscape, feeling through stored trauma and developing the courage to look deep into my shadows. I have learned to support my nervous system and bring love and devotion to exiled aspects of my being.

 

As the layers began to shed, my soul became ready to receive the remembrance of my place in the cosmos. I have been guided to work with many gifted seers, healers, mystics and shamans who supported me in the process of bringing healing to my energetic bodies. As I began to experience a profound connection to the Divine, my journey into the unseen began to unfold and my purpose and gifts in this lifetime began to reveal themselves, taking me down an entirely new life path.

 

I have dedicated my heart to my healing and spiritual journey and now have the honour of holding space and supporting others along theirs. I am an Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Intuitive Guide, Chakradance Facilitator and Divine Touch and Gamma Breathwork Practitioner. I am currently training to become a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and am mentoring under a Shamanic Intuitive. I weave many tools and practices into my sessions which are influenced by cosmic and earth based energies.  Looking forward to connecting.
