Recalibrate with GROUNDED DEPTHS

Energy Medicine is the term that I use to describe what is a blend of energy-based healing modalities that tap into Universal life-force, cosmic, elemental and earth-based energies for the support of the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. Energy Medicine works to restore balance in our energy fields. With Usui Reiki as the core of my Energy Medicine practice, I then weave other energetic and shamanic healing practices and intuitive techniques into our session. We open with a check-in, and then transition into the sacred energetic realms, allowing space for all that wants to be shifted, seen and expressed, and close by sharing our experiences and allowing space for intuitive guidance to be brought forward.

Grounded Depths for me, represents the process of bringing

awareness to, honouring, embodying and integrating the depths of

our experience in this lifetime and others. It's a process of

bringing compassion, love, devotion and healing to exiled aspects of

our being, supported and guided by unseen forces.
